Who we are

ClauseWise is a product of Crocker Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17008789). For privacy enquiries, contact hello@crockerdigital.co.uk.

What data we collect

• Waitlist signups: Email address and the page you signed up from. Used only to notify you about ClauseWise updates and launch. Stored securely via Netlify Functions.
• Analytics: We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track personal data. GoatCounter records page views, referrer, browser, and screen size — no IP addresses or personal identifiers.
• Free tools: Data you enter into our free tools (cost estimator, readiness quiz, clause comparison) is processed entirely in your browser. We do not send, store, or log any of this data.

How we use your data

• Email addresses are used solely to send ClauseWise launch updates
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties
• Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and improve the site

Data retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until ClauseWise launches, at which point you will be invited to create an account or unsubscribe. You can request removal at any time by emailing hello@crockerdigital.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@crockerdigital.co.uk.

Cookies

ClauseWise does not use cookies. GoatCounter analytics is cookie-free. No consent banner is required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when ClauseWise launches with additional product features. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers.
