Analytics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and does not store IP addresses. It records only aggregate page views, referrer, browser type, and screen size.

Free tools

Our free tools (cost estimator, readiness quiz, clause comparison, and others) process data entirely in your browser. They do not set cookies or use local storage to persist your data between sessions.

Third-party cookies

ClauseWise does not embed third-party scripts, social media widgets, or advertising trackers that set cookies.

Future changes

When ClauseWise launches as a product with user accounts, we may introduce strictly necessary cookies for authentication. This policy will be updated before any cookies are introduced, and a consent mechanism will be provided where required by UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
